For tennis, we have different variants for you. If you want to learn tennis from the very beginning (A) or improve your already acquired technique (fA) or if you have been playing tennis for a long time and want to improve your technical and tactical skills (F), then sign up for one of our technique courses. Please bring your racket and Indoor tennis shoes with smooth, light-colored soles, the rest of the training material will be given.

Technique A (beginners)
For this course you do not need any tennis-specific previous skills. The aim of the course is to learn the basic movement patterns of the basic strokes forehand, backhand, forehand volley, backhand volley and serve. A course consists of maximum six persons.

Technik fA (advanced beginners)
In this course elementary basic skills of the basic strokes forehand, backhand, forehand volley, backhand volley as well as the serve is required. The aim of the course is the technical improvement and the increase of confidence in the basic strokes as well as the learning of first basics in tactical use of the different strokes. A course consists of maximum six persons.

Technique F (advanced)
In this course the mastery of the basic strokes forehand, backhand, forehand volley, backhand volley and serve is required. You should also be able to slice and smash balls. The aim of the course is to improve the technical execution of the strokes, the combination of several stroke variations as well as to learn or improve the tactical application of the different stroke variations. A course consists of maximum six persons.
